A digital lock-in amplifier ( DLIA) is advanced based on the scheme of orthogonal digital phase-sensitive detector ( DPSD), which is applied to optical monitor system ( OMS) instead of traditional analog lock-in amplifier. 提出了采用双相正交数字相敏检波(DPSD)方案设计数字锁相放大器(DLIA)代替传统模拟锁相放大器,并应用到了真空镀膜光学监控系统(OMS)中。
